The food fibers in the plastic pastes come from natural acacia juice (gum arabic). These bind the flavors of the ginger and thus ensure a persistent taste experience and a slow and even release of the ginger (on the tongue). Gum arabic is slowly absorbed through the intestine and then metabolized.
